Monday is an off day for the tournament and in lieu of a practice, the Sabres will have a team meeting on their day off. Play resumes Tuesday as the tournament host Red Wings take on the Sabres to close out round robin play. The Red Wings are already eliminated from playing for first place in the group, but the Sabres can lock up their finish with a victory. A loss would leave their fate in the hands of the Blue Jackets.
