Finally figured out the mystery man at Eagles lockout workout: Buffalo Sabres defenseman T.J. Brennan. He's from South Jersey.—

Courtesy of Tim Graham’s Twitter feed (@ByTimGraham), the Sabres Twittosphere today learned that Amerks defenseman TJ Brennan has been working out with the Philadelphia Eagles this offseason. Curious to what the prospect was working on, I asked Geoff Mosher (@geoffmosher), Eagles beat reporter for the Wilmington News Journal and man who identified Brennan, what the South Jersey native was participating in.
they all do the same stuff out here – sprints, cone drills, pushing weight sleds. Conditioning. RT

If the young blueliner is doing NFL workouts this summer, you can bet that he’ll be coming in to prospect camp and then Amerks training camp stronger than he’s ever been. Those sled pushes will especially come in handy for knocking rushing forwards off the puck. It’s not unreasonable to think that he’ll probably enjoy his best pro season yet with the additional conditioning and workouts.
